A63/A162 Roundabout capacity |
S106 money is currently funding works here to address capacity issues which have occurred due to growth. Once completed the roundabout will still be at capacity. There is a proposal to construct a layby and extra lane to alleviate this. CIL could pay for design work for this additional project, highways would then be in a position to charge commuted sums accurately on future planning applications which would impact the roundabout capacity. |
