A63/A162 Roundabout capacity

S106 money is currently funding works here to address capacity issues which have occurred due to growth. Once completed the roundabout will still be at capacity. There is a proposal to construct a layby and extra lane to alleviate this. CIL could pay for design work for this additional project, highways would then be in a position to charge commuted sums accurately on future planning applications which would impact the roundabout capacity.
